A| Measure 4”/10cm above the knee cap center

B| Measure 4”/10cm below the knee cap center

Sizes:

Small |Top of the knee 11”/28cm - 13” /33cm ; Bottom of the knee 9”/23cm – 11”/28cm

Medium |Top of the knee 13”/33cm – 15”/38cm ; Bottom of the knee 11”/28cm – 13”/33cm

Large |Top of the knee 15"/38cm – 17”/43cm ; Bottom of the knee 13”/33cm – 15”/38cm

X-Large |Top of the knee 17”/43cm – 19”/48cm ; Bottom of the knee 15"/38cm – 17"/43cm

Note:  If there is any question about sizing or if you are right on the bubble of a size we suggest that you get the next size up or the bigger size as these pads run just a little small.
