In order to curb the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19), we are unfortunately forced to close our shop in Hochheim from now on.

Online orders will be processed as usual and if received by 2:00 p.m. CET shipped the same day. Telephone and email support is available at the usual times.

Reclamations

There is no company, no manufacturer and no human without a single mistake. So if you became victim of broken product or just realized there was mistake in your delivery don't hesitate to contact us.

We will do anything necessary to solve your problem the easiest and fastest way. Nothing is as bad as being unable to skate - we know that feeling. So be sure we will help you!

First of all please send us an Email to info@rollerderbyhouse.eu. There you can leave your customer details and descripe what exactly happend. To speed up the procedure we recommend attaching a few pictures of the broken product. (Please make sure the pictures are sharp quality. Also different viewpoints could be helpful.)

After receiving your Email we will check your complaint and forward the pictures to the manufacturer (if necessary). So please don't send the product back without sending an Email before. We will contact you immediately as soon as we talked to the manufacturer and know how to go on.
