RDH 8mm Speed Rings

The Speed Rings are designed to keep a distance between bearing and axle-or between nut and bearing. When you tight the axle nut the speed ring will be pushed against the inner ring of the bearing. So you roll smoother because of a lower rolling resistance. Some plates (eg. POWERDYNE Revenge Plate) got included speed rings on the axle. In this case you only need the upper ones between nut and bearing.
